I toured the place as I just moved to Dallas and it genuinely was amongst the most impressive apartments I’ver ever visited in terms of the rooms and amenities (and I’m familiar with the Chicago area). It is on the pricier side BUT after touring other apartments in the area it was apparent why that was the case. The leasing agent, Graham, was also professional and knew the area very well. If you are working in and around the Las Colinas area you cannot go wrong with this place. 10/10

We’ve had such a positive experience thanks to the maintenance technician, Jerry. We are headed into our 3rd year here and from day one, he has been welcoming, kind, and incredibly efficient. Anytime we’ve needed assistance, Jerry has responded quickly and taken care of the issue with genuine care and professionalism. He has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, and it’s clear he truly takes pride in his work. We’re grateful to have someone so dependable and thoughtful looking out for our apartment.

Andrew at The Ave Apartments was fantastic. I stopped by this beautiful, well-kept property today and was greeted with a warm smile and truly positive energy. He made the visit welcoming and easy. I highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!

So happy we moved to AVE! Waited until we’d been here for a few weeks to drop a review, but everything about this property is fantastic - the maintenance and front office teams are wonderful. Graham was awesome from the very first time we came to tour and made sure everything went smoothly on move in day. The front office folks are always smiling and throw nice community events. We’re not particularly social but have enjoyed how low pressure the events are. Maintenance is also on point. Fast, and Andrew always calls to double check everything was handled. Apartments themselves are much quieter than any others we’ve found in the area.

I’d like to recognize Jerry for his outstanding professionalism and exceptional quality of work. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done. Lived here from 2022-2024 and had a great experience. The apartments and amenities were well kept and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any issues that popped up. My husband and I recently visited Dallas and stayed at The Ave for a 4 nights stay and the apartment complex is still wonderful. Check in and out was incredibly easy and the unit we stayed was very clean. I cannot recommend The Ave enough!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team at Ave Las Colinas—more specifically Jerry. His professionalism, thoroughness, and genuinely happy energy… listen, he delivered a true five-star customer experience. Jerry came in with a smile, ladder and made sure everything was done right. He is by far one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever worked with – and he’s a big New York fan, like me. The community is lucky to have him! While I'm here - to the leasing office team - Graham, Amanda and Andrew. They not your typical leasing office team. When I tell you, expectation-exceeding - I mean it. They set the tone for the community and make residents feel welcome - at home. Thanks team.

I had the pleasure of living here from 2022 to 2025. I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment. The community is warm and welcoming, and the leasing office staff are always friendly and professional. The maintenance team is responsive and dependable, especially in emergency situations. Management also organizes occasional community events for residents, which adds a nice touch to the living experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I moved into AVE Las Colinas just a couple of weeks ago, and I can already say that choosing this community was one of the best decisions I have made. From the very first day, the entire experience has been exceptional. The property is beautiful and always well maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the management team. Graham has been wonderful to work with. I recently relocated from Canada, and he made the entire process smooth and stress free. He provided clear communication, guidance, and support every step of the way. All of this made my transition feel effortless. Every interaction with him has been positive, and it is clear that he truly values the residents. The rest of the management team deserves the same recognition. They are friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything I need. They provide an exceptional level of service. The amenities are outstanding, from the gym to the pool area and inviting common spaces. My personal favourite has to be the free coffee! If you are searching for a place in Irving Texas where the staff genuinely cares about your comfort and experience, then this is the perfect place.

Nice, quiet, and well kept property. The admin and people in the office are so nice, easy to talk to. The facilities are well maintained. Didn’t have any issues during my stay.
